摘    要:以乙苯-苯乙烯减压精馏分离为例,实现了用Excel求解双组分理想体系的泡点和露点,并分析了减压对其相平衡的影响。计算结果表明,减压可大大降低乙苯-苯乙烯物系的泡、露点,但相对挥发度增加甚微,对其分离的难易程度几乎无影响。利用Excel卓越的图表和函数计算功能,将复杂的编程过程变成方便的菜单和工具栏操作,尤其是它的自动填充功能、单变量求解功能以及简单的函数功能,使繁杂的精馏过程计算变得十分简单、便捷,并且非常容易掌握。

Abstract:It shows to solve bubble & dew points for binary ideal system by means of Excel, and to analysis how reduced pressure affects on the phase equilibrium as an example of distillation and separation ethyl benzene & phenyl ethylene at decreasing pressure. The result of calculation indicates that the bubble & dew points may be reduced extremely, but the relative volatility rises slightly and the separation of them is affected hardly by decreasing pressure. The complex calculation of distillation processes are changed to be very simple by use of the excellent functions of calculations, tables, and figures in Excel,which bandy operating menu and tool bar, especially auto-filling and goal-seek, replace the troublesome programming. And this way is simple to learn and master, and convenient for application than others.
