摘    要:本文建立了包含催化剂温度特性、空燃比特性和空速特性在内的车用尾气催化剂工作性能模型 ,给出了载体的开口率、内部表面积、排气阻力等性能参数的计算公式 ,并介绍了在实际应用中对催化剂催化性能、耐久性能及失效原因的分析方法

Abstract:A model for simulating the vehicle exhaust catalyst's performance is put forward,which includes the relationship between catalyst's conversion efficiency and inlet temperature,the relationship between catalyst's conversion efficiency and A/F ratio, as well as the effluence of space velocity on conversion efficiency and light off temperature. Formula for calculating parameters such as clear cross section, internal surface area and pressure drop in catalyst'ssubstrate are also presented. Finally methods for analyzing the catalyst's performance, the catalyst's durability and causes of deactivity in practice are introduced.
