CE/SiC纳米复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:采用高速均质剪切法制备CE/SiC纳米复合材料,通过力学性能测试、热失重(TGA)分析和动态力学能谱(DMA)分析,考察了纳米SiC不同含量对其性能的影响.结果表明,纳米SiC能有效改善CE的静态力学性能、热稳定性和耐热性.相对纯CE,当纳米SiC含量为1.00%时,复合材料冲击强度的提高率为73.78%,弯曲强度的提高率20.84%;失重5%时,热分解温度的提高率为12.31%;500℃时,质量保持率提高为6.48%;玻璃化转变温度的提高率为13.09%.

Abstract:Cyanate ester resins/SiC nano-composites were prepared by the high-speed homogeneous shearing method.Influences of different content of nano-SiC on its performance were investigated through mechanical test,TGA analysis and DMA analysis.The results indicate that nano-SiC can efficiently improve the quasi-static mechanical properties,the thermal stability and the heat resistanced of CE.Compared with pure CE,the increase rates of the impact strength of the composites was 73.78%,under the condition that the con...
