有机硅粉末包封材料的研制

摘    要:采用两种有机硅树脂复配,通过实验确定采用硅烷偶联剂KH560对填料表面改性,乙酰丙酮铝是较合适的催化剂,添加聚硅氧烷提高其耐冷热冲击性能,使产品的各项性能达到包封料的测试要求。添加氢氧化铝作为无卤阻燃剂,达到UL-94V-0级要求,确定最佳挤出工艺条件,制得性能良好的有机硅无卤粉末包封料。

Abstract:Using two kinds of organic silicon resin compound, through the use of silane coupling agent KH560 experiments on the filler surface modification, aluminum acetylacetonate is the suitable catalyst, adding the polysiloxane to improve their resistance to hot and cold impact performance, to achieve power coating materials testing requirements.Adding aluminum hydroxide as a flame retardant halogen-free, the samples meet UL-94 V-0 level requirements, then the determination of the optimum extrusion process to support by a good performance of silicone halogen-free powder coating material.
