| 摘 要： | 对船底用聚氨酯沥青防锈涂料的配方作了多方面的探索，研究了ΝＣΟ／ＯＨ 比值、聚氨酯预聚体的平均聚合度、颜料体积浓度、沥青含量等因素对聚氨酯沥青涂料性能的影响。研究结果表明，在聚氨酯沥青涂料中加入适量的环氧树脂对聚氨酯沥青涂料的附着力、干燥性等具有明显的改良作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper recipe exploring of polyurethane asphalt antirust coating used in shipbottom was made in many ways. Many factors such as NCO and OH ratio, average degree of polymerization of precursor,pigment volume concentration,asphalt content,etc.,which influence on coating properties were studied. The result shows that adding just the right amount epoxy resin into coating can improve its adhesive force and drying property obviously. |
