物理成孔剂在硅泡沫制备中的应用研究

摘    要:采用一种有机物作为物理成孔剂,运用混合发泡成型技术制备硅泡沫材料,研究了物理成孔剂对泡沫材料性能的影响规律.结果表明,物理成孔剂的尺寸不是影响硅泡沫材料压缩应力-应变性能的主要因素;随着物理成孔剂粒径阶梯性的减小,硅泡沫材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度逐渐提高,当0.25mm≤d≤0.35mm时,泡沫材料压缩应力松弛性能最佳.

Abstract:By using a form-pore agent, the silicone rubber foam was prepared through the mixed foaming method. Effects of form-pore agent on the silicone composites were studied. The result showed that the form-pore agent was not a primary factor of influencing the material's properties, and the tensile properties of silicone rubber foam were increased with the diameter of form-pore agent's particles step-shaped reduced. And when 0. 25mm≤d≤0. 35mm mesh, the com-press stress relaxation of silicone rubber foam was best of all.
