马来酸聚乙二醇单酯对环氧丙烯酸酯的改性及其紫外光固化膜性能的研究

摘    要:采用马来酸聚乙二醇单酯对环氧树脂进行改性,然后用丙烯酸酯化,制得光固化涂料用一系列低黏度、柔韧性好的环氧丙烯酸酯.并对所合成树脂的黏度、柔韧性、耐冲击强度、附着力、硬度、光泽度以及耐化学品等性能进行研究.实验结果表明:马来酸聚乙二醇400单酯改善体系黏度的效果最好且与环氧树脂的当量比为0.1:1时最佳;和未改性树脂相比,涂膜的柔韧性显著提高,光泽度增加,附着力变好.

Abstract:The low viscosity and good flexibility epoxy acrylate with different molecular weight and content was successfully prepared by firstly making modification of epoxy resin with maleic anhydride and polyethylene glycol monoester,and then modified epoxy resin react with acrylic acid.The properties were studied such as viscosity,impact strength,adhesive force,hardness,glossiness and chemical resistance property and so on.The result of performance test showed that the maleic anhydride and polyethylene glycol 400 monoester was the best to improve the viscosity of epoxy acrylate and the best mole ratio was 0.1.To compare with epoxy acrylate,the film of modified epoxy acrylate have been improved more markedly on flexibility,glossiness and adhesive force.
