摘    要:涂覆RTV硅橡胶涂料是电力工业的重要防污闪技术之一,研制一种高性能长效防污闪涂料成为电力工业安全的迫切要求。介绍了RTV硅橡胶涂料组成特点以及技术要求,综述了国内外RTV硅橡胶涂料的研究进展。指出,对硅橡胶进行改性和利用纳米技术对涂料改性已成为提高RTV硅橡胶防污闪涂料综合性能的重要手段。

Abstract:It is urgent demand for the safety of the power industry to develop an high-performance long-lasting temperature vulcanized silicone rubber coating,which is one of the most important approaches of preventing flashover.The composition characteristics of RTV silicone rubber coating and the technical requirements of the anti-flashover coating were introduced.And the development on anti-pollution-flashover temperature vulcanized silicone rubber coating were reviewed from the point of rubber matrix,cross-linking agent and nano filler.Finally,it was suggestet that the modification of silicone rubber and the use of functional modification of the namo fillers was important means to improve the overall performance of antifouling coating.
