冷链物流用复合相变蓄冷材料研究进展

摘    要:物品保质保鲜及节能减排的双重需要,使相变蓄冷材料在冷链物流中的作用越来越重要。主要综述了国内近期关于有机、无机、有机-无机等典型复合相变蓄冷材料在蓄冷方面的研究进展,梳理了国内在改善有机相变蓄冷材料的导热性、解决无机相变蓄冷材料过冷和相分离方面制备典型复合相变蓄冷材料的研究进展,并对复合相变蓄冷材料的发展趋势进行了展望,提出开发冷链物流用高性能复合结构蓄冷材料是未来研究的重点,以期为冷链物流用相变蓄冷材料的发展提供参考。

Abstract:The dual needs of quality preservation,energy conservation and emission reduction make phase change cold storage materials(PCCSM)play a more and more important role in cold chain logistics.Therefore,the recent research statuses of typical organic,inorganic and organic-inorganic PCCSM in cold storage performance were mainly reviewed.Moreover,the research progress in the preparation of typical composite PCCSM such as the thermal conductivity of organic PCCSM,the subcooling and phase separation of inorganic PCCSM were comprehensively combed and analyzed.Furthermore,the typical application of PCCSM in cold chain logistics was investigated.And then the future development trends of developing the new composite PCCSM were put forward to provide reference for the rapid development of PCCSM used in cold chain logistics technology.
