纳米ZnO在NR/SBR材料中的应用研究

摘    要:研究了不同类型的ZnO在NR/SBR材料中的应用,并对其拉伸性能、硬度、耐磨性、热性能进行表征.结果表明:与添加5份普通ZnO的NR/SBR材料相比,添加3份的纳米ZnO的NR/SBR材料的拉伸强度、硬度、耐磨性和耐热性均提高,且纳米ZnO用量减半时其硫化特性与普通ZnO相当.

Abstract:Application on different ZnO in NR/SBR materials was investigated.The tensile property,hardness,wear resistance and thermal property of materials were characterized.It showed that each properties of materials were improved when materials were added 3 per nano-ZnO compared with 5 per conventional ZnO,and the half of nano-ZnO gave the same curing characteristics as conventional ZnO.
