| Abstract: | The methods and mechanism in toughening modification of bismaleimide(BMI) resin and the new advancement were reported.The main methods such as ally compounds,binary amine,synthetic method of BMI,high performance thermoplastic resin,rubber,interpenetrating polymer networks of BMI,cyanate ester resin and microcapsule were reviewed. |
