Al—Ti—C—Cu系粉末激光烧结体微观结构和致密性研究

摘    要:采用激光高温烧结合成的方法研究了Al-Ti—C—Cu体系粉末合成产物的微观结构和致密性变化特征.结果表明,在反应过程中,首先发生的是Al的熔化,然后Cu和Al反应生成了AlzCu相,最后TiC相从饱和的固溶体中析出;而且,随着cu含量的增加,系统的燃烧温度下降,并且产品的孔隙率降低,TiC颗粒的尺寸减小.

Abstract:Microstructure and densification of Al-Ti-C-Cu system powder synthesis products made by laser sintering has been investigated. It was observed that in the combustion reaction, Al particles melt fist and then Cu reacts with Al to form Al2Cu phase, as a result, TiC grains precipitate out of the saturated liquid solution. Moreover, when the content of Cu increases, the combustion temperature of the system decreases, the porosity of the products decreases, and the size of TiC particulate decreases in the SHS reaction products.
