| 摘 要： | 从现代物理学与管理学相结合的角度分析了耗散结构理论对现代企业管理的影响，详细分析了企业中可能存在的各种熵流，并将正熵流、负滴流分别分为两大类型，指出企业管理的实质是对企业熵流的管理。在分析论证的基础之一，建立了企业熵流的一般管理模型图与数学模型。

| Abstract: | The influence of the theory of dissipative structure on corporation management is studied from two aspects with detailed analysis of possible positive entropy flows and negative entropy flows in corporation.The positive entropy flows and negative entropy flows can be divided into two categories respectively. In corporation,the essence of management is to control entropy flow in corporation.Based on this analysis, a general model chart and mathematics model are established. |
