基于模糊集定性比较分析方法改进胜任力建模

摘    要:基于常规流程和方法胜任力建模会产生一些局限,本文对此进行了分析,并提出使用基于模糊集理的定性比较方法作为改进策略.通过采用该方法考察文化企业经营人才的胜任力与企业能力间的匹配关系,结果发现,无论组织属于何种能力类型,执行能力都是文化类企业经营人才必需的,而创新能力却不是.此外,基于模糊集理的定性比较方法的特点也得到了讨论.
