| Abstract: | The principles and target of TOC are introduced and the bottleneck of supply system is discovered with the help of TOC method. An analysis of the existing problems in a company is carried out and obvious effect is achieved with TOC method. The case study is used to promote the application of TOC method in supply system of auto companies. |
