| 摘 要： | 对信息系统绩效评价的方法体系及存在不足进行综述,指出从投入-产出角度评价信息系统绩效的必要性.对数据包络分析的基本模型进行介绍,指出YMK-DEA和C2GS2-ISS模型适用于复杂信息系统的绩效评价.借鉴平衡记分法,从财务、客户、内部流程以及成长与学习4个方面,构建信息系统绩效评价的指标体系.以30家钢材销售企业的信息系统为对象,运用YMK-DEA和C2GS2-ISS模型,从技术有效与规模有效的角度,分析了企业信息系统的绩效,并与C2R和C2GS2模型的结果进行对比,最后给出信息系统改进的建议.
