红外AOTF调谐关系及其衍射光波长特性研究

摘    要:对红外AOTF的分光原理和两级衍射光波长特性进行了理论与实验分析.结果表明:AOTF的驱动频率与衍射光波数基本成线性关系;入射角小于57.6°时,两级衍射光波长不等,波长差随驱动频率的增加而减小.分析了影响AOTF分辨率的主要因素,提出了改进方法.

Abstract:The principle of splitting beam and characteristic of diffraction beam of IR-AOTF have been analyzed.A result shows that the relation between the drive-frequency of AOTF and wave numbers of diffraction lights is linear nearly.As the angle of incidence is smaller than 57.6°,the wavelength of two orders diffractions is different,and the difference will decrease with the increase of the drive frequency.The main factors influencing the resolution of AOTF are analyzed and improved methods are proposed.
