| 摘 要： | 回顾了照明光源的历史,介绍了实现白光LED的基本原理和方案,分析了国内外固态照明的发展现状,指出白光LED目前存在的问题,并对发展白光LED进行了展望.

| Abstract: | The history of light sources is briefly reviewed at first in this paper, then the fundamental principle and scheme for realizing white light emitting diodes is introduced. The development of solid state lighting at home and abroad was analyzed, and the existing problems of white light emitting diodes are pointed out. Finally, the outlook of the development of white light emitting diodes is brought forward. |
