摘    要:为了有效利用金标试纸图像中的颜色信息,针对3个颜色空间HSV、CIEXYZ和CIELab,采集6种浓度的视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP4)的金标试纸的彩色图像,对检测线和质控线的颜色数据建立云模型,得到特征向量的夹角与质量浓度之间的映射关系.实验结果表明,在CIELab颜色空间中映射效果最好,二次拟合曲线的拟合相关度为0.95.利用特征数据与浓度的二次拟合曲线可定量检测视黄醇结合蛋白的质量浓度,进而为肾小管疾病的诊断提供判别依据.

Quantitative analysis of retinol-binding protein by colloidal gold technique based on color measurement

Abstract:In order to use the color information of colloidal gold strips effectively, color images of the colloidal gold test strips reacted the six concentrations of retinol-binding protein(RBP4) were collected based on color spaces HSV, CIEXYZ and CIELab. The cloud model of the control-line and the test-line color data were built to get the mapping of the feature vector angle with the concentration. The results showed that the mapping in the CIELab color space was the best; and the goodness of fit was 0.95. The concentration of RBP4 can be quantitatively analyzed with the the quadratic curve which can be used to provide a discriminant basis for the diagnosis of the renal tubule disease.
