摘 要: | 利用HP8902A技术手册给出的数据,计算出了HP8902A作为衰减标准装置时的不确定度指标在0100dB衰减测量范围内为0.0640.142dB,配置option050功率测量选件的8902在0100dB衰减测量范围内不确定度为0.0180.136dB。与TO7的指标比较以及实际测量结果表明,配置了option050的8902完全可以代替TO7作为衰减计量标准装置。

Abstract: | Using the data delivered by 8902 Operation and Calibration Manual, the uncertainty of 8902 Attenuation measurement Unit is (0.064~0.142)dB when attenuation measurement range is (0~100)dB. If 8902 with option 050, the uncertainty is (0.018~0.136) dB within the measurement range. According to the result of comparing with TO7, 8902 with opt.050 can completely replace TO7 as an attenuation standard. |
