| 摘 要： | 文章对某化工厂已腐蚀失效的冷凝器泄漏部件 ,应用 SEM等方法进行分析 ,得出造成冷凝器泄漏原因是 :制造工艺的不合理造成了冷凝管与板管孔间的缝隙腐蚀 .据此 ,采取的防护措施有 :涂料涂复消除缝隙和电化学保护 .

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the leak part of condenser using SEM etc. The results show that the reason for leak is the crevice corrosion between the condensing pipe and the hole of pipe plate. So taking measures against leak is paint covering to eliminate crevice and electrochemical cathodic protection. |
