重质碳酸钙矿物填料的生命周期评价

摘    要:无机非金属矿物填料降低成本在制品生产中具有重要的意义。生命周期评价方法已经成为对材料或产品进行环境表现分析的一种重要方法。本文选择了重质碳酸钙非金属矿物填料,介绍生产1t的重质碳酸钙的矿石开采、矿石运输和矿石加工阶段,采用生命周期方法,得到了重质碳酸钙的生命周期清单,并进行了评价。结果表明,石灰石开采过程对环境的影响最为严重。

Life Cycle Assessment of Mineral Fillers

Abstract:Inorganic nonmetal mineral fillers have important significance in reducing cost of industrial production. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) has been an important method in analyzing material or production's environment performance. This paper choose ground calcium carbonate (GCC), carried out Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method, described the calculating method of life cycle assessment about these filler, and obtained the life cycle inventory. The results show that the limestone mining process of the impact on the environment is most serious.
