摘    要:为了缩减U型槽钢系列产品设计周期,可借助参数化设计实现槽钢模型分析的调整。利用有限元软件ANSYS提供的APDL语言,采用有限元方法对U型钢辊弯成形过程进行仿真,将参数化设计的思想融入有限元结构分析,实现了有限元建模和分析参数化,给出了这一方法与基本步骤。结果表明,这种方法极大地减少了有限元分析的工作量,提高了工作效率。研究表明,提出的参数化有限元法对辊弯U型槽钢实用、可行,为辊弯成形数值模拟探索出了一种高效、快捷、实用的新方法。

Abstract:For the series of U--channel section, which has similar structure, it is easy to adjust the geometric model of U --channel section by using parametric design method, the efficiency is improved and the time for product design will be short- ened greatly. By using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL), the FEA process including creating FEA model and analysis steps is discussed with the finite element method. A practical parametric FEA model is established and using this method does stress analyse. The results show that this method is very efficient in FEA of structure optimisations. The re- search shows that parametric finite element method proposed for process parameter optimization of roll forming is accurate and reliable. And a new efficient method is explored on numerical simulation of roll forming.
