摘 要: | 热电材料是能够利用固体内部载流子运动实现热能和电能直接相互转换的功能材料,主要为半导体合金材料。本文论述了钯掺杂对合金热电性能的影响规律,介绍了几种典型的钯基合金的晶体结构特征及其热电性能,阐述了钯基合金热电材料研究现状。

Abstract: | As functional materials, thermoelectric materials utilizing carriers in solid convert heat to electricity directly. This paper discusses the effects on thermoelectric properties of Pd--doped alloys, introduces the crystal characteristics and thermoelectric properties of several typical Pd--based alloys and talks about the current situation for thermoelectric applica- tions of Pd--based alloys. |
