摘    要:本文研究了C3604铜合金在有无电磁场下水平连铸铸坯横截面宏观偏析和加工性能。试验结果表明,在C3604铜合金水平连铸的过程中施加电磁场能有效抑制合金元素Pb的宏观偏析,并且切削性能和挤压产品的强度均得到提高。

Abstract:The macrosegregation and its machinability of horizontal continuously cast billets of C3604 brass alloy were investigated. which was solidified under the actions of no and with electromagnetic magnetic field. separately. Experimental results show that the macrosegregation of Pb element is suppressed. and its machinability and mechnical properties of squeezing specimens were improved.
