| 摘 要： | 在制造业中推行工业工程，有利于不断提高制造系统效率和基础管理水平。工业工程组织设置的合理性，将严重影响其职能作用的发挥。本文在分析国内外企业工业工程组织设置、工作定位和职能范围的基础上，提出了制造业工业工程组织设计的方法，最后讨论了工业工程组织设置应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | In manufacturing industry the application of IE can continuously improve the efficiency of manufacture systems and the level of basic management. A reasonable IE organization is able to bring its functions into play. Based upon the setting, orientation and function of the IE organization of enterprises home and abroad, this paper presents methods to design IE organization. Finally several remarkable questions are discussed. |
