| 摘 要： | 以平衡计分卡法为基础构建了企业综合绩效评价体系，重点介绍了BP人工神经网络模型在企业综合绩效评价体系中的应用方法和步骤，此外还对BP网络的初始权重及阈值的赋值、训练样本的选取、隐含层的确定、网络的收敛性等问题做了较为详细的研究和改进，最后给出了基于Matlab的BP算法的实现并进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Balanced Scorecard is employed to set up a system for the evaluation of enterprise integrated performance.This article presents ways to apply BP neural network model to evaluate the enterprise integrated performance and analyses the problems of BP neural network model's initial weight,middle layer design,practice samples selection and convergence.The implement of BP ANN that is based upon Matlab is demonstrated. |
