| Abstract: | Investigation is made to collect information about the learning-teaching status and the resources available for the course production operations management at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.With the analysis of collected data,ideas of teaching methods for this course are proposed and actual implementation plan is designed.The PDCA cycle concept is used to analyze achievement made by practicing the ideas so that the new method can continue and can be improved. |
