| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the knowledge sharing obstacles existing in hospital management. From the studies performed on the aspects of culture organization, motivation mechanism, system and technology, a theoretical model of knowledge sharing mechanisms is established in the paper. It provides an effective approach to improve the level of hospital knowledge management and the efficiency of hospital knowledge sharing. |
