| 摘 要： | 应用演化博弈理论,研究了在下列两种条件下跨国公司(MNCs)是否愿意将技术转让给中国公司:1) MNCs还没有进入中国市场;2) MNCs已经进入中国市场.通过比较,得出如下结论:1)大力提高我国员工的技术水平是当务之急;2)"以市场换技术失败了"的观点没有理论上的支持;3)对于那些因为技术的外溢会导致巨大损失的行业,可以设法先让一家跨国公司同意向中方转让技术.

| Abstract: | By using evolutionary game theory,it makes analysis to show whether Multi-national Corporations(MNCs) are willing to transfer technologies to Chinese enterprises in the following two situations: 1) the MNCs have not entered Chinese market yet;and 2) the MNCs have entered Chinese market.Then,by comparison,it concludes that: 1) it is vitally critical to improve the staff's technical capability in Chinese enterprises;2) it does not support the view point that exchanging market for technology is failed;and 3) f... |
