| 摘 要： | 研究与开发(R＆D)项目投资决策综合性强，涉及众多因素，如何准确地评价诸方案的优劣是项目投资决策成败的关键。基于这一点，从项目投资决策的特点入手，运用灰色系统理论中的关联度分析方法对R＆D项目投资方案进行综合评价，并用实例加以说明，结果充分显示了灰关联评价方法的优越性及其在R＆D项目投资决策中的应用前景．

| Abstract: | R&D project investment decision-making comprehensively covers many factors. Good estimate of the schemes of a R&G project is the key for the project to succeed. This article discusses characteristics of R&D project investment decision-making. The relativity analytical method of Grey systematic theory is employed to evaluates comprehensively the scheme. It is demonstrated that the method has good application prospect in R&D project investment decision-making. |
