摘    要:在精益思想的指导下,建立了物流联盟伙伴选择评价指标体系;使用主客观组合赋权法(模糊群决策的主观赋权法和熵值的客观赋权法)确定了评价指标的权重和合作伙伴的重要程度;将合作伙伴的重要度系数和利润率引入到决策目标中,建立了一个多目标线性规划模型;通过仿真算例和关系成本系数的灵敏度分析,该模型能够选择出合适的合作伙伴,确定出业务量的分配额度,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Based on the concept of lean philosophy,an index system is developed for partner selection in a logistics alliance.Thus,the weight and importance coefficient for a potential partner can be determined by combining the subjective weighting method in fuzzy group decision making with the objective entropy weighting method.Then,a multi-objective linear programming model with the importance coefficient for partners and profit margin as objectives is presented.A practical problem is presented as an example to show...
