| 摘 要： | 在精益思想的指导下，建立了物流联盟伙伴选择评价指标体系；使用主客观组合赋权法（模糊群决策的主观赋权法和熵值的客观赋权法）确定了评价指标的权重和合作伙伴的重要程度；将合作伙伴的重要度系数和利润率引入到决策目标中，建立了一个多目标线性规划模型；通过仿真算例和关系成本系数的灵敏度分析，该模型能够选择出合适的合作伙伴，确定出业务量的分配额度，验证了模型的可行性和有效性。
