| Abstract: | Chinese enterprise should build the enterprise quality culture which is in line with its own characteristics, and the key is to create the enterprise quality culture from the national culture gene. This paper interprets the enterprise quality culture from the perspective of traditional culture, providing supports for Chinese enterprises to build the advanced quality culture system. |
