| 摘 要： | CEN和CENELEC标准中涉及专利的政策是CEN和CENELEC 32个国家成员协商一致的产物,具有广泛的影响力.本文回顾了CEN和CENELEC标准中涉及专利的政策的演变过程,分析了于2011年底批准通过的现行政策的特点,揭示了该政策的潜在应用意义,为我国相关政策的制定提供参考.

| Abstract: | The policy on the inclusion of patents in CEN and CENELEC standard was developed based on the consensus of 32 national members of CEN and CENELEC,and is of extensive influence.This article reviewed the evolution of the policy on the inclusion of patents in CEN and CENELEC standard,analyzed the characteristics of present policy which was approved at the end of 2011,and revealed the potential significance of this policy,so as to provide some references for the development of relevant policies in China. |
