我国国家标准化战略与企业标准化战略关系--以高新技术企业为例

本文以高新技术企业标准化为突破口,从国家宏观角度和企业微观层面进行深入分析,研究我国企业制定自身标准化战略与国家总体标准化战略存在的关系。企业标准化战略是企业获得利润的有效途径,也是谋求发展的重要基础,从国家范围看,企业标准化活动是国家总体标准化活动中最关键的基础与核心部分。因此,孤立、局部或微观的考虑企业标准化是远远不够的,必须要把企业标准化战略放到国家层面上考虑。

The Relationship between China’s National Standardization Strategy and Enterprise Standardization Strategy--Taking High-tech Enterprises as an Example

This paper takes the standardization of high-tech enterprises as a breakthrough, and conducts in-depth analysis from the national macro perspective and the micro level of the enterprise to study the relationship between Chinese enterprises’ own standardization strategy and the country’s overall standardization strategy. The enterprise standardization strategy is an effective way for enterprises to obtain profits and an important basis for seeking development. From the perspective of the country, enterprise standardization activities are the most crucial foundation and core part of the national standardization activities. Therefore, it is not enough to consider enterprise standardization in isolation. It is necessary to consider the enterprise standardization strategy at the national level.
