羧甲基纤维素与丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚接枝研究

摘    要:以羧甲基纤维素钠、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺为原料,通过自由基接聚合制备了高吸水树脂,分别考察了各种制备条件如聚合温度,反应时间,原料浓度,原料配比,引发剂浓度等因素对高吸水树脂吸收能力的影响,确定了最佳制备条件,制备的高吸水树脂吸收蒸馏水高达900倍左右。

Abstract:The novel super absorbent resin was prepared through free radical grafting copolymerization by using the sodium carboxymethylcellulose, acrylic acid, acrylamide. The effect of the preparation conditions of the resin such as the temperature of polymerization, the time of reaction, the concentration of the materials, the ratio of the materials, the concentration of the initiator, etc, to the water absorbent ability of the resin was investigated. The optimal preparation conditions were settled.
