高聚合度聚氯乙烯的溶度参数

摘    要:高聚合度聚氯乙烯的溶度参数与PVC的溶度参数是否一致,尚无结论。本工作选择浓度滴定法,平衡溶胀法和粘度法等3种方法测定了聚合度为2500的高聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂的溶度参数分别为20.13,20.25,20.30(J/cm^3)1/2。实验结果表明,高聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂的聚合度虽然约为聚氯乙烯树脂的2-3倍,但对溶度参数值影响不大。上述3种测定方法中;浊度滴定法具有操作简单,重复性好等优点,是一种较好

Abstract:By selected turbidity titration method,belanced swelling technique and intrinsic viscosity method,the determination results of solubility parameter of high degree of polymerization of polyvinyl chloride (HPVC)are 20.13(J/cm3)1/2,20.25(J/cm3)1/2 and 20.30(J/cm3)1/2.The experimental results showed that although the degree of polymerization of HPVC is 2or 3times than that of PVC,the solubility parameters of HPVC and PVC are very closed.Compared with balanced swelling technique and intrinsic viscosity method,turbidity titration method is uncomplicated,easy to operate and accurate.Turbidity titration method is a good method for the determination of the solubility parameter of polymers.
