聚丙烯/凹凸棒土纳米复合材料的制备、结构与性能

摘    要:采用超声波分散方法将凹凸棒土(简称凹土AT)在水中进行分散,然后用硅烷偶联剂KH570对凹凸棒土纳米棒晶进行表面处理,采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对表面结构进行了表征.将经上述表面处理的凹凸棒土与PP复合制备纳米复合材料,研究了纳米复合材料的结晶行为与力学性能.

Abstract:The attapulgite was dispersed in the water by stirring and ultrasonic vibration, observing the shape of the attapulgite with TEM after the process. Then it was treated with a silane coupling agent KH570. The surface structure of the attapulgite was characterized by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results shows that the silane coupling agent has been grafted to the nano-fibred crystal of attapulgite. Then the treated attapulgite was blended with polypropylene(PP) via melt compounding to prepare PP/attapulgite nanocomposites. The effect of attapulgite on crystalline behavior and mechanical properties was investigated. It shows the attapulgite can increase the mechanical properties of the composites to a certain extent and attributes to the crystalline of PP.
