摘    要:采用高能球磨分散方法制备了稳定的聚合物多元醇/碳纳米管分散液,并通过原位聚合制备了导电聚氨酯(PU)/碳纳米管(CNTs)硬质泡沫复合材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)表征了泡沫复合材料的结构,研究了CNTs含量对泡沫材料导电性的影响以及泡沫材料的负温度系数(NTC)效应,通过压缩测试考察了泡沫材料的力学性能。结果表明,CN...

Abstract:The uniform dispersion of carbon nanotubes in the high viscous polyether polyol was obtained by high energy ball milling process.Polyurethane(PU)/carbon nanotubes(CNTs) rigid foams composite were prepared though in-situ polymerization.The microstructures of the obtained PU/CNTs foams composite were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the influence of CNTs content on the electrical conductivity and negative temperature coefficient(NTC) effect of the obtained PU/CNTs foams composite were studied.As the same time,the mechanical properties of the obtained PU/CNTs foams composite were characterized by the compression test.The results show that the addition of CNTs will reduce pore diameter and significantly reinforce the composite.When the CNTs content is 0.6%,the compressive strength is increased by 19.77% as the strain is 10%.The electrical conductivity increases with increasing the CNTs content and reaches 2.95×10-2 S/m when the CNTs content is 1.5%.The PU/CNTs foams composite presents a stable NTC effect.
