剑麻纤维增强酚醛模塑料的性能

摘    要:采用剑麻纤维(SF)作增强填料,辅以其它助剂,与酚醛树脂(PF)混合、辊炼、粉碎制备酚醛模塑料。研究了SF表面处理方法、含量变化对酚醛模塑料性能的影响,对比了SF、玻璃纤维(GF)和普通木粉填料的增强效果。结果表明,SF对于模塑料的增强作用优于普通木粉填料,耐冲击性能则优于GF。SF含量对酚醛模塑料的力学性能、热性能和吸水性能影响较大。SEM观察结果表明,经碱热和偶联剂表面处理的SF与基体树脂的界面粘接作用得到了明显改善,酚醛模塑料具有较好的综合性能。

Abstract:Phenolic molding compounds were reinforced with sisal fiber(SF).Influences of surface treatments on SF,and content of SF on the properties of phenolic molding compounds were studied.The reinforcement of SF on phenolic molding compounds was also compared with glass fiber(GF) and the traditional filler such as wood powder.The results show that the properties of phenolic molding compounds can be improved significantly by incorporation of SF compared with wood powder,and exhibit higher impact strength than GF.C...
