聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的固相缩聚研究

摘    要:本文在不同的固相缩聚反应温度和时间的条件下研究了PBT固相缩聚反应动力学,测定了反应条件下的表观活化能,认为扩散和化学反应是PBT分子量增长的两个主要控制因素。在低温下反应主要由化学控制,而在高温下反应主要由扩散控制,此时的增长曲线偏离二级反应方程。同时,本文对所获得的固相缩聚的PBT样品的分子量分布、熔融行为、结晶度和晶粒尺寸进行了研究,得到了一些有规律的结论。

Abstract:Solid state polycondenstation(SSP) of Poly (1,4-butylene terephthalate)(PBT)is carried out by heating the solid PBT below its crystalline melting point, but above its glass transition temperature in vaccum.The kinetics of SSP were investigated at a variety of conditions.Specific reaction activation energy also obtained.All of the result show that there are two factors which affect the increasing speed of PBT molecule chain:diffusion and chemical reaction.At lower temperature, total speed of PBT reaction be controlled mostly by chemical reactin.Then,at higher temperature,mostiy by the diffusion,the increasing-curve deviates second-order reaction equation.The PBT samples obtained by SSP were measured.Molecular weitht distribution,melt peak,crystallinity and crystallite size also were studied.
