摘    要:通过静电纺丝法制备出聚己内酯(PCL)超细纤维膜,并采用热处理方法使纤维间粘接。用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪对热处理前后聚己内酯超细纤维进行表征,并进行了拉伸测试。结果表明,在55℃对电纺聚己内酯超细纤维热处理30min、60min后,纤维间有明显的粘接,热处理没有改变电纺聚己内酯超细纤维的分子结构和晶型,热处理后纤维的结晶度提高,纤维膜的力学性能有明显改善。

Abstract:Ultrafine poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) fibers were prepared via electrospinning, fibers were bonded by thermal treatment. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) were used to characterize the electrospun ultrafine PCL fibers before and after thermal treatment. The mechanical properties of fibers were also tested. The results indicate that the bond between electrospun ultrafine PCL fibers can be obviously found after the 30 min and 60 min thermal treatment at 55 ℃, the molecule structural and crystal form of the fibers not changed after thermal treatment. The crystallinity of the fibers increases after thermal treatment. The mechanical properties of electrospun PCL fiber non-wovens after thermal treatment can be significantly improved.
