CPAM水分散聚合体系的微观相结构及稳定性

摘    要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体,利用水分散聚合法合成了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,研究了其微观相结构、分散介质、DMC单体用量等因素对聚合体系黏度及稳定性的影响。结果表明,体系的分散相呈球形存在于分散介质中,分散相为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),连续相为聚乙二醇(PEG)或聚氧化乙烯(PEO)。聚合过程中体系黏度随反应时间的增长先增大后减少,体系稳定性随着连续相用量增多而增大,DMC用量对稳定性的影响也呈现先增后减的趋势。
