苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物的合成及表征

摘    要:苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物(R-SMA树脂)具有良好的耐热性,较低的熔体粘度,优异的加工性能,能与多种高分子材料进行共混.本文以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,环己酮为溶剂,采用溶液聚合法制备了R-SMA树脂。讨论了加料方式对聚合物结构的影响、组成与流动性能的关系.并用^13C-NMR、IR对产物进行了表征。

Abstract:Styrene-maleic anhydride random copolymer has excellent thermoduric property, low viscosity of melting and outstanding performance of processing. It can be mixed with many kinds of polymers. In this paper it was prepared through solvent polymerization with initiator BPO and solvent of circlehexadketone. The influence of batch means on copolymer structure and the relation of composition to flow property were discussed. The copolymer was characterized by 13C-NMR and IR.
