PET/SiO2纳米复合材料的非等温结晶动力学

摘    要:为了研究溶胶-凝胶原位聚合法合成的PET/SiO2纳米复合材料的结晶性能,用Avrami法和莫志深法对该复合材料进行了非等温结晶动力学研究。通过研究,得出以下结论:SiO2纳米粒子对基体PET具有异相成核作用,使PET的结晶温度明显升高,SiO2纳米粒子的加入使PET的结晶速率提高;SiO2粒子改变了PET基体的成核机理和生长方式;PET/SiO2纳米复合材料非等温结晶行为适合莫志深法。

Abstract:In order to study the crystallization properties of PET/SiO2 nanocomposites synthesized by using the in situ polymerization approach.Non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of pure PET and the PET/SiO2 nanocomposites has been carried out of with DSC techniques by Avrami and Mo.It is found that the silica nanoparticles can act as an efficient nucleating agent to facilitate PET crystallization.The crystallization temperature for the PET/SiO2 composites increases with increasing SiO2 content for a given coolin...
