钼酚醛树脂的热性能和烧蚀性能的研究

摘    要:采用DSC方法研究了新型钼酚醛树脂的固化行为和固化反应动力学,用TG方法研究了固化产物的热降解性能,并进行了钼酚醛复合材料的高温烧蚀试验和高焓条件下的烧蚀试验。结果表明,No.2钼酚醛树脂,当树脂、固化剂配比为100/10时,固化温度最低,固化反应表现活化能最小,产物的热稳定性最佳,成炭率最高。同时表明,钼酚醛复合材料的高温烧蚀性能良好,特别是在高热通量条件下,性能更佳。

Abstract:In this paper, the curing behavior and the dynamics of the curing reaction on a new Mo-phenolic resin were studied by DSC, thenmal stability of the cured resultant was studied by TG and simulating tests of ablation on its composites also were done. The results indicate that when the mixing ratio of No.2 MO-phenolic resin to curing agent is 100/10. Tonest and E value are minimum, and heat stability of the cured resulatant is optimal. The results also indicate, the ablative property of the Mo-phenolic resin composites at high temperature is superior, and is especially outstanding under the condition of high heat flux.
