| Abstract: | The acrylate copolymer emulsions have been prepared with the acrylamide copolymer emulsifier and SDS emulsifier. The effects of polymer emulsifier on the emulsions are increasing the particle size, the viscosity and the contact angle of water with the emulsion film. The emulsion particle prepared with the polymer emulsifier and SDS have polygon morphology and display the white and black areas on the surface of the particles. The effects of the polymer emulsifier on the physical properties of the acrylate emulsion have also been discussed. |
