泡沫硅橡胶动态力学性能的实验研究

摘    要:泡沫硅橡胶在缓冲减振方面有独特的优良性能,但由于它是一种柔性材料,波速和波阻抗均极低,因此实验研究其动态力学性能具有很大困难,本文首次实现了利用霍普金森压杆技术对泡沫硅橡胶作冲击压缩实验,得到了高应变率下的应力 ̄应变曲线,结果表明,该材料具有强烈的应变率敏感性。

Abstract:The silicone rubber foam has excellent properties about cushion and energy absorbering. But it is a kind of soft material. Both wave velocity and wave impedance are very low. So experimental study of its dynamic mechanical behaviors is difficult. In this paper, a detailed analysis on the influnce of stress nonuniformness along the length of specimen in SHPB test was presented and a modified data processing method was proposed which can eliminate this effect. Using this method and semiconductor gange technique impact compressive test of silicone rubber foam was proformed firstly by SHPB, and its dynamic stress strain curves were obstained, which show that it is strongly dependent on strain rate.
