摘    要:本研究通过结合氨气等离子体处理以及胶原改性的方法来改善聚乳酸材料的细胞相容性。水接触角分析表明氨气等离子体处理可以改善聚乳酸材料的亲水性,促进细胞的粘附。光学显微镜以及扫描电镜的分析结果表明,氨气等离子体处理后通过胶原改性可以进一步促进细胞在聚乳酸材料表面的生长。并且,与涂覆胶原相比,偶联胶原可以更好地使胶原蛋白固定在聚乳酸材料表面,从而表现出更好的细胞相容性。

Abstract:Poly(D,L-lactide)(PDLLA) films and scaffolds were surface-modified by NH3 plasma and coupling collagen to enhance the cytocompatibility.IR analysis demonstrated that-NH2 and collagen were incorporated into the surface of PDLLA films. The results of water contact angle measurement showed that the hydrophilicity of PDLLA film increased after NH3 plasma treatment,but decreased with further collagen modification.More collagen seemed to be fixed on the PDLLA scaffolds inner-surface by a coupling method as compared to that with a coating treatment.L929 fibroblast cells were used to evaluate the cytocompatibility of the modified PDLLA.It was shown that PDLLA surface-modified by coupling collagen via NH3 plasma more efficiently enhanced the cells attachment and proliferation than those modified by collagen coating or only NH3 plasma treatment.
