热塑性聚合物/木纤维复合材料的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了国内外关于热塑性聚合物/木纤维复合材料界面改性、在加工过程中木纤维的热稳定性以及阻燃性能等方面的研究进展,界面相容剂或偶联剂能大大提高其界面相容性,特别是马来酸酐接枝热塑性聚合物作为界面相容剂更为有效。硅烷偶联剂预处理木纤维表面对提高其热稳定性有一定的作用。

Abstract:Thermoplastic polymer/wood fiber composites are a new kind of materials, which have attracted much research interest. Most of researches focused on the interfacial compatibility, thermal stability and flame retardancy of the composites. In order to increase the compatibility between wood fiber and polymer matrix, Interface compatibilizers or coupling agents have been studied and used. Especially, polymers grafted maleic anhydride used as compatibilizers were very effective. Thermal stability of wood fibers treated with silane was enhanced.
